This creates a win-win situation, where small businesses can benefit from a diverse workforce and melanated job seekers can find employment opportunities.
Our platform also serves as a unique networking opportunity for melanated job seekers to connect with and support black-owned businesses in their career development, and for all small businesses to find the perfect fit for their team.
